About

Project "SolidOpinions" (SO), website jetepp.com.

The project was created because we are not going to surrender to a bunch of traitors who, with the support of external forces, managed to use the mistakes of the previous government, deceive the people of Armenia with attractive slogans, and come to power.

After that, they began to implement their true program - to get rid of Artsakh, sever ties with Russia, change geopolitical orientation, and enrich themselves.

Armenian society is frustrated and disoriented. Its different parts - citizens of Armenia in Armenia and abroad, the diaspora in different countries - are disconnected from each other and have not united their efforts to solve the problems that concern them all. The worst circumstance is that the elite has not produced a common leader acceptable to the people.

The project aims to consolidate society, to show that there is a consensus of the majority on removing the current government, ensuring security, choosing allies, and paths of development. That we have the will to preserve the country, to preserve the nation on the brink of strategic defeat due to integration into the sphere of Turkish influence on the terms of capitulation and loss of identity.

The project's goal is to consolidate society.

The idea is to highlight the core in society, from which ideas and opinions will radiate in circles, dominating it, and influencing its environment, which in turn will influence its environment and so on, until we reach the residents of remote villages. Not only will everyone know these ideas, but also everyone will know that everyone knows them, i.e., they will be a natural topic of discussion. What is this core, how does it form, and what is the mechanism of its influence?

A website is created where any person in the world can register,  but only with their real data - name, surname, contact information, country of residence, whether they have Armenian citizenship, profession, place of work, affiliation to any party, possibly a photo. Most of these parameters will be mandatory to indicate. The website periodically (say, every two weeks) presents a small number of questions to which registered participants provide answers, with the possibility of comments in the future. Several clarifying materials may be provided with the questions. Participants answer because that is precisely why they voluntarily registered. Regularly responding participants form the mentioned core.

What is the mechanism of influence?

  1. Access to these answers is open to everyone. That is, everyone can see the answers of everyone, under their real names. When viewing answers, various filters and their combinations can be applied - by country of residence, citizenship, party affiliation, profession, etc.
  2. This situation differs from social networks in that everyone responds simultaneously to the same question, thus forming a kind of picture of public opinion on the issue.
  3. However, this is not a sociological survey because the sample of voters is in no way representative, as it should be for a sociological survey; that is, it is not a polling site; it is an instrument of influence.
  4. It is precisely the opinion of this group of people who have the courage to express it publicly and are ready to be accountable for their position.
  5. It is precisely this fact - the public expression of one's position - that will give weight to the opinions of these people, will evoke trust, interest, and ultimately influence the position of society.
  6. Site visitors can find people they know, can follow the opinions of someone they particularly trust, and so on.
  7. If on some issues the position will be definite and not divided, it will form public opinion and influence it.
  8. The questions and answers can be expected to generate media interest.
  9. This approach can be scaled up, i.e., all this can be presented on the scale of one large institution. Accordingly, the questions, and sometimes the participants, will be limited by this institution. (However, for example, the problems of the city or the problems of the university will arouse interest and participation of a much larger audience than those directly involved).
  10. This approach is not limited to solving current abovementioned problems. It can operate under any government, under any leadership, on all scales, ensuring the formation and influence of public opinion.

Who do we expect to see among the site members? Not only residents of Armenia, but for example citizens of Armenia living abroad, who are actually deprived of the opportunity to vote in elections. The diaspora, which is no less concerned about issues crucial to the country than citizens. Friends of Armenia from many countries. The voices of all of them are often no less, if not more interested, objective, and sober.
